I was born and raised in distant russia but always dreamed of living in the USA. My dream has come true! I enjoy the beauty of the USA and its wonderful, kind-hearted people, and my love for this country grows stronger every day.
My passion is photography. My dad did photography as a hobby, and our family albums are filled with atmospheric black-and-white photographs, and my memories are filled with scenes of developing photos under a red lamp right in our bathroom.
I’m also a big cinephile, which is why my works resemble movie stills with their play of light and liveliness. My slogan is, “Because life is a movie we can never watch. But with me, you can.”
I have also been a wife for 12 years and a mother of two girls, and they are the reason I discovered my talent as a photographer: I wanted so much to capture their fleeting childhood that I began photographing them every day.
This is my state of flow: capturing real, intimate moments, emotions, scenes that come together into one whole, only to fall apart in the next second.
